We had a king room booked already, They said they upgraded us for the inconvenience . It wasn’t an upgrade! The room had a couch ! It was very disappointing. The room was very old and dated. "

"We stopped by for a short overnight with our little. When we got the shuttle and checked in we were told taxis do not go to that hotel and we would have to catch the shuttle. I wish I knew this ahead of time as they put us on a 2:15 shuttle for a 5:30 flight. Only spent about three hours at the hotel because of it. Not the staffs fault, place seemed great otherwise. Live and learn. "
