"The Handicapped accessible room I had requested was clean and comfortable.
The only drawback was that this room is just a few steps from the bar. Saturday night's karaoke was SO LOUD we could hear the music through the walls until after 1 a.m. The music kept waking me up - and I was wearing earplugs!"
"I booked my April reservation in February. Showed up and the hotel was closed. I googled and apparently this was due to a kitchen fire 2 weeks prior. I understand these issues can happen, but I should have been notified.
Instead of having time to book another hotel prior to my trip, I was left to do it in town last minute. I ended up wasting time and spending more money."
"Only complaint is the cheap toilet paper - ouch. Everything else was as expected. The staff was all very kind and hard working. Thank you for a comfortable stay while we were in town visiting family. Our rooms were clean, rollaway bed was in room as requested, parking was free and easy, breakfast was standard fare. Would happily return. "
"This is an older hotel that seems to have been updated nicely. My room was on the first floor and was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was updated and fresh. Breakfast was 6-10am and they had a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The coffee was fantastic. Craig, at the front desk, was friendly and efficient. We were only there for a quick overnight trip (UMary pick-up). This hotel looks just like the photos! It felt fresh and it was clean and cared for. We have already booked another room for UMary drop-off!"
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Bismarck Waterpark
6/10 Okay
"Room had dirty silverware from previous. Pillows hurt my neck due to nothing to them. The water for the shower was luke warm and no pressure. When you ran the water it always smelled like sewer. Dog poop all the property yard."
"Room was clean but a bit outdated and the wallpaper was peeling off in one corner. The bed was very comfortable. The only disadvantage was the website claimed there was pack n plays and cots available for guests, so we booked one king bed and was planning on putting our baby in a pack n play. Come to find out they don’t offer cots or pack n plays, with the hotel being full and no other room options we had to go buy a pack n play for $60. If they don’t offer those amenities, they should take it off of the website we that guests can plan for that."
