We had a family wedding to attend in the area and this B & B was perfect for our needs - comfortable room and bed, very nice bathroom. The price was excellent for the area and less than hotels we checked on before booking this room. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little spot for a quick getaway. Close to Dripping Springs and plenty of different activities. The host Jim was very courteous and provides a welcoming home.

Do not be fooled by the pictures. This is a town home and all the privacy you get is a single room. Creepy location. Very, very misleading. We ended up leaving and getting a hotel instead.

We enjoyed our stay. Our kind host contacted us to let us know that our room was ready earlier than the posted check in time in case we wanted to arrive early, and we did. He met us and showed us around. We slept well in the comfortable bed and enjoyed the extra touches like fresh flowers and cozy throws.

Cozy little condo with 2 available rooms. We rented both. Jim greeted us and gave us a tour. It was the perfect spot for the holiday weekend. 10/10 would recommend and stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality, Jim!

I loved the location, thought the room was too cute. Host was very nice. Slept really good so mattress was good. The only real problem I had is a am overly picky when it comes to bathrooms. The cleanliness was kind of meh. Other than that was pretty satisfactory
