"Basic maintenance is being ignored. In our 1st room the smoke alarm was beeping and needed a battery. We were relocated to another room, but already had brought items in. The next room was good. However, in the morning we tried to make coffee & the GFI was out. Needs replacing and should have been done long ago as the reset was melted. Also, looked up and the smoke alarm wasn't there. The desk staff did what they could. i believe this goes back to ownership"
"The motel is new only about a year old. The rooms are clean . The rooms are like a suite. They have a small kitchen, work area with a desk and king size bed. The lighting in the rooms is great. The tv is a good size for the room. The room has plenty of storage space. The tub is a bit small . The tub also needs some grab bars to help with getting in and out of the tub/ shower. All in all a nice place to stay for several days. The location is ideal. They do need more trash cans located at the door and lobby. The one that was there filled up quickly."
"There's no way to stop up the sink in order to shave.
The cups to drink water out of weren't replaced daily,..even though they all had been used and placed in the trash... including the coffee cups."
"This Place is so peaceful and perfect for a couples getaway! Our room was perfect, cozy, and fresh! We enjoyed every second! The only thing i have to say about it, is that the shower head might need to be replaced because its sprinkles water very lightly and we love hard water pressure. Other than that we loved every second, it’s close to everything we would definitely go back! Thank you for making check in / out so smoothly. "
"Looking at this property, I certainly don't get the Executive vibe that I expected by the name. It is an aging roadside hotel. However, once in the room, it was clean, the bed was great. The room I was in did not have a luggage stand in the spot where one clearly could have been. The paint in the shower was chipping. Aging, but better than many places I have stayed at this price point and type of hotel."
