"I’m so disappointed with this arrived and it was not even close to what I was expecting from the booking. Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera. Once I finally got hold of The guy in charge, he was not very pleasant to deal with or very welcoming.
Due to the issues leading up to this point, I ended up booking somewhere else as just did not...

"we had a thoroughly lovely time staying at the hotel with a great view of the cathedral it is very conveniently situated for seeing the best of the city we will definitley stay again, the staff we very pleasant and helpful"
"St John's an amazing house with a quirky interior and a beautiful garden. Our room was very clean and comfy and the shower excellent. The breakfast at the communal table provided an excellent conversation with the other guests and the breakfast was very good. There was parking for the car and the location is very central, thoroughly recommended. "

I’d fallen and cracked my ribs and they immediately brought an ice pack and changed my room so I wouldn’t have as many stairs and did everything possible to help me. The hotel is charming with a beautiful garden and a nice restaurant. "
