The company that manages this property cancelled my stay... I am Canadian and traveling for business. My bank flagged the original transaction as suspicious (since the transaction was in the USA while I was physically in Canada). I got things sorted with my bank and called the property management company to explain and pay for my stay. The phone operator was comprehensive of my situation and I got to send the FULL payment to complete the transaction (got emails and stuff confirming the transaction and stay). Unfortunately, the credit department of the Property Management Company refused my booking because of the aforementioned situation with my bank. Even if though the payment was processed and I got confirmation, they got back to me saying they HAD to cancel my booking on the account that "my credit score was the issue"... Absolute nonsense! I was looking forward to this stay and can't imagine booking with "Evolve Vacation Rental", the property management company ever again. I am sure that the condo would've been great (good location, fair price and nice amenities), but the property management company ruined it for me.
