The hotel was well-kept and the staff was very attentive. I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and in-room dining was also flavorful. Breakfast had the basics and was satisfactory. The location is great! It was a close drive to the Maerua Mall and walking distance to the Independence Museum and the old Lutheran Church.

Hilton Garden Inn is nicer than the regular Hilton next door, maybe because it is brand new. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. There are other restaurants and shopping nearby, I highly recommend.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. There was some need of repairs, for example the bathroom door had a hole in it. The shower screen did not prevent water from going on the floor, in fact it looked like a flood after the shower had been used.

Solid hotel

Great value for money. Rooms are nice, service is good and the food was tasty. We stayed the night before at the Hilton next door and definitely preferred the garden inn as it was better value for money.
