Extended Stay America Premier Suites Bluffton Hilton Head
6/10 Okay
"Clean room , very knowledgeable and helpful staff , air conditioner worked marvelous, I did see a few people with dogs , I was disappointed with breakfast I thought they would have eggs , pancakes etc like other hotels but instead they had fruit bars mandarins boiled eggs in the fridge oatmeal in the premade packs coffee .
They don’t have cribs"
"For the amount paid, I would expect a more updated, cleaner room. There was staining in the bathroom floors, and my sheet was stained. The age of the room shows.
There was no balcony in the room unless you happen to get an ocean view which is limited
There was no microwave
The front desk staff were very good and helpful.
The pool area is very nice and having a pool food and bar service is very nice
But, the best thing this hotel has going for it is its proximity to the beach."
"We just stayed at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort and wow! Seriously 5/5 stars. I have nothing to complain about. Everything was amazing. Went to HH prime for breakfast buffet one day and Daniel, our waiter, was AMAZING as well as the food being top notch. Went daily to the palmetto market for an iced chai that was honestly one of the best I’ve had (not a fan of the paper straws but i get it hahaha). The housekeeping was BEYOND phenomenal. So thorough, so quick, stocked us up on EVERYTHING and they even washed dishes we had in the sink 😭♥️. The pools were lovely, the atmosphere was lovely, every single worker we ran into was lovely. If I HAD to give one critique it would literally only be that I personally was not a fan of the shampoo & conditioner. I just thought it made my hair really dry, which is SO minimal because that’s literally the ONLY thing I personally didn’t love. It was honestly such a fabulous experience for our first vacation as a family of 3!!"
"Everything was updated and comfortable - including the beds. Staff was amazing. We had a medical emergency and were in the hospital for two days. Management called to check on us and helped us extend our stay over a busy weekend. Doug Triplett (manager) was especially helpful and understanding. Cannot say enough good things! So thankful for how they took care of us in a crisis."
