"The staff and service were wonderful! Not kidding, everyone I interacted with was competent and friendly. The room however ( perhaps im a bit of a snob ) was a bit of a dump. they told me it was one of the best rooms, but .. yeah, super dumpy. "

"The breakfast was excellent. I won't be back at this location because of the parking. Should not be first come first served. I came in late as this was a business stay. I couldn't get parking near the hotel and was advised to go to the underground parking. It's too bad as I'm in Windsor 3 times /year. "

" I went to the front desk at 6am to check out but said I wouldn’t be leaving the room until 7:30am. I paid up and the one at the front desk said she didn’t che k me out so that my key would work, well as soon as my door shut and I was heading to the elevator with no key, I knew I was in trouble. I was on the 8th floor, figured I could just take the stairs and get out at ground floor, long story short, security had to come rescue me. No a big issue as I left plenty early for my flight. Not good advice to leave the key on the room. "

"our room is nice and clean,shower is nice,it was newly renovated,the staff is very helpful,I forgot to ask your name!you let us check in around 9:30 am instead of 3:pm check in,because of our early flight! a light breakfast is good! we will be back again,Thank you"
