"We stay at the Hilton in Glastonbury every time we visit Connecticut to see family, and it has become our home away from home. We know we can always count on a cozy, comfortable room and a peaceful night's sleep.
During our most recent stay, I experienced some unexpected health issues and needed a little extra assistance. A young man at the front desk named Nick went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. He certainly didn't have to do what he did, but his willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier. His kindness had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but it made a tremendous difference in my overall experience, and I truly appreciate everything he did.
One thing we consistently love about this hotel is how quiet it is. Even with weddings, reunions, and other events taking place, we've never been disturbed. It's always a relaxing place to stay. We've also noticed that many families stay here, and it's wonderful to see children enjoying themselves, which makes it feel like a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
We look forward to staying here every time we're in the area and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Glastonbury."
"We went for a concert and the walkway for the direct connection to the arena was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. We would have liked a full service breakfast within the hotel itself. Thank you"
"The breakfast was very good, plenty of selections, and food staff were very friendly and helpful, Excellent rating.
The check in staff was friendly. Quickly addressed a concern about a specific request.
Only issue was the TV, Microwave and Fridge blew a fuse. I called the front desk and was told a couple of minutes. 30 min later I had to call again. Someone then came and reset everything. In their defense, it was about 5:30 Pm and possibly busy with folks checking in? Still. The World Cup was on! 😶
It was a bit noisy on the road side."
