Disappointed in resort fee. Did not use amenities therefor paid 28.50 for two bottles of water even though three in room. Would not make up room unless stay is more than three days. Unacceptable. Bedding is always made up on request at other hotels. We requested but were refused.

Holiday Inn & Suites Windsor Ambassador Bridge by IHG
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk professional and courteous. Breakfast was quite limited and the cost of a small paper cup of coffee cost more than Starbucks. Would stay here again.

The suite rooms were huge, had great views and very clean! We travelled with young kids and wished there had been an easy on site breakfast option that had a kids menu. The pool and views were awesome!
