"The hotel is clean and appears well maintained. The parking lot has plenty of spaces. The breakfast options were eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, apples& oranges, biscuits and gravy, muffins, and waffles and cereal. I was very pleased with the options for breakfast! The room was clean, beds well made and bathroom spotless. We even had a fun note from the housekeeper wishing us well which was sweet touch. This will be our first option for stays in the future. "
"The staff was not professional upon check-in. They were upset with each other because one and signed in to their computer. Go to our room and the key does not work. Finally get a working key going to our room and it looks like the person who painted the ceiling just dropped paint all over the walls. It looked very non-professional. The rooms are very spacious and they appeared to be clean. But the beds definitely needed updating You could feel the ruts for people were sleeping. It was like the same old man had slept in the mattress for 10 years in the same spot. Overall it's okay for travelers but it would not be my first choice when coming back to Coeur d'Alene"
"The room was clean and nice. Staff was nice. The problem we had is there was an extremely bright floodlight right outside our window and unfortunately the black out curtains they have weren't enough to keep the light out. It was shining in around the curtain edges on all sides. We really only used the place to sleep and our toddler was having a hard time falling asleep because of the light. Poorly place light for somewhere people mostly spend time to sleep."
"Parking was a little tight. Check in was super easy and convenient. Everything was very clean except for the coffee machine which could use a good clean. The softest sheets I've ever slept on! Air conditioning was ok, although it kept kicking off and it got hot real quick. Doors and walls are super thin so we could hear everyone outside. Some blackout curtains would be nice to keep the light out as it pours out the sides of the roller curtain. "
