Hotels near Winfield Lake

"Needs a remodel in room, esp bathroom. Terrible cracks in walls. Dirty room. Hair in bathtub, wall dog hair. Lots of dust on thinks like hand soap. Hotel was loud with kids and they sent out a reminder to everyone in the night asking people to be quiet but didn’t state it was a reminder to everyone and I thought I was being accused. Reminder had typo and could have been worded better. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. "

"Did not have breakfast there. Housekeeping missed my roon 2 days in a row. I had to take dirty towels to them + switch out for clean ones. Sink barely drained. Hard to use. Kim @ front desk very helpful with getting boarding passes from her computer as public one wasn't working. (She fixed that soon.)"

"The whole placed reeked of Marijuana, first thing we noticed. The tub shot out smelling dirty water. The breakfast was not great, even the juice was watered down. Payed way too much for a room to be like this."

"Was never told pool was going to be closed would have canceled my stay. It was old and very dusty and dirty. Was not your typical Holiday inn express!"

"The room was nice and clean. But a fuse breaker must have thrown because we didnt have no lights when we walked in and the talble lights didnt work. The jacuzzi had jets which was nice but the tub itself was dirty. The hand towels were dirty as well. "

"Don't stay here if you have a trailer because the parking lot is big enough for a vehicle only. It has a nice restaurant and bar below the hotel which is very busy. When I check in, I mentioned that I had to park on the street. The clerk told me that the city might tow my vehicle because they had done it to past customers. There are no signs say no parking over night or anything else. I was told to come done later and take up a couple of spots. 11pm and the lot was still full. Tired, I took the chance and left the vehicle and trailer on the road. I was glad if was there the next morning."

"Room serviceable and reasonably clean. Staff perfunctory. This is a good location for me and compared to others in the area that are probably nicer but a lot more expensive, it is a good deal for me. The linens and towels were good. No coffee. That kitchenette they show is the deluxe room Other rooms have a small fridge and a microwave. Nice little table in the room. "
