"The location of the apartment was great, very central and minutes away from the convention centre. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds. The only down side was the communication, I sent a message to the property through hotels.com and didn’t receive an answer so emailed the owner directly and still didn’t get a reply. "Attentive staff on reception and at breakfast in the restaurant. I am gluten free and they were very helpful- advising what cereals were available ( Scharr in individual packets). Most cooked breakfast items gluten free and I could order toast/ sausages separately by handing a card to waiting staff with my requirements. These then arrived within a couple of minutes. Perfect location for conference centre, right next to auditorium. Car park accessible via hotel lift. We would stay again. "

"The room was a little dated but it was very clean, the bathroom was clean and in good repair apart from a splurging hot tap but I am not gumbling as I had hot water, it could have been much worse. The room was in the top of the building and it was very quiet. I was attending an annual event and I will be booking this hotel again next year. "

"We had an excellent stay at the Double Tree. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very welcoming to dogs which was great for us. The location is also good with a short walk to the centre of everything. We would stay again."
