Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great! I booked for a relaxing pool and hot tub that weren't in service. No maintenance was being done i think they just did not want the evacuees using and having to clean it. That was my feeling bc when i looked into the pool area there was no visible issues and no person working on any "troubled problems"

Placed 3 calls to the hotel and was on hold on music mode. No one ever answered. Ended up call Best wester reservations for assistance. Shuttle bus took 20 minute to get to the Airport despite the close proximity. We were required to put our own luggage in the van as the young lady driving could not manage them. Breakfast is not included in your reservation to this Best western as the restaurant is not part of the hotel. Room was comfortable.
