This was a great hotel to stay in with 2 young children. The seperate bedroom made nap time/bed times more conveinient for the duration of our stay. The quietness also was a huge bonus, not much hallway noise or noise from surronding guests was also great.

New favorite hotel

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The full kitchen makes it a great choice for people with dietary needs. The staff went above and beyond to make my granddaughter's birthday trip comfortable. The staff was great accommodating her bedding needs and letting her see how the laundry room works. The breakfast selection was fantastic. Food was hot and always fully stocked I would definitely stay here again. This is now my go to hotel for stays in Winnipeg

Great place to stay if the setting isn’t important to you. Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Clean room and facility, and a fabulous full breakfast. Nice outdoor sitting area.

Our check in was at 3:00- I realize there is no guarantee for early check in, but at the same time, I’ve never been denied checking in an hour early to a hotel in Winnipeg. We arrived at 2:15 and were told we’d have to wait for our room, despite seeing several other parties arrive and get a key to their room. I checked back at 2:55 and a different receptionist gave me my key, no questions asked. It seems like there is some confusion among reception workers and room service? My two children were very anxious to get checked in and it was a very long 45 minutes for them!

We stayed 8 days in the Hotel. One morning we had a firealarm. When we stepped out of the room we ran with our son in the wrong direction from the 3rd floor, as the closest exit sign was hidden behind a fixed block in the ceiling. Lucky us nothing serious happened, nevertheless I didn’t felt save. The braakfast was to noisy and only available till 9am. We been there on vacation and wanted to sleep a bit longer. Impossible as at 9 bread etc was already been taken away. We had to pay 250 CAD as the sheets been impacted by some stains, same stains been on our own blanket. After usual washing in the laundry they disappeared. Exchange of the sheets happend just once during our stay. We asked for clarification at our departure day and even after 1 week, as this amount is not fair, no reaction. At the day of arrival we asked for recommendations for restaurants, as the hotel just offers breakfast. Nothing was available and the response was , that the area would not be save. So we didn’t felt welcome and comfortable.
