"Staff were pleasant and the property was clean. One thing I that I found is a huge cockroach inside one of the kitchen drawers in the kitchen. I was very disappointed and disgusted. Also, they didn’t even try to give me a discount on the room or nothing m. This will be my last ever make a reservation there. I would send you a picture of the cockroach that I found in the drawer, but there is no way I can send it, but I did send to phone number the front desk gave me."

"I was disappointed by the check in process. Even though my room was ready, the attendant first told me she couldn’t give me a room until all the members of my party were there, having assumed another customer with the same last name was part of my party. ( I had a solo reservation.) Then she told me they didn’t want people upstairs because someone had spilled wine in one of the rooms. I really didn’t feel like carrying my suitcase up the stairs after dinner, so I really wanted to take it up at that point, and I think it’s really strange that she wouldn’t let me.. That’s just not customer oriented at all. Very oriented to cleaning the wine that somebody spilled in one of the rooms that was not mine. Not a good experience. Aside from that, the hotel is very dated. The grout is very dirty in all the tile work that’s in the bathroom and all the furniture is very worn. The bedding is poor quality. The rooms need refurbishing. I’m sure the place was nice at one time, and they do have a good breakfast, so it can be a good stopping point, but it really is always just going to be a mediocre experience. If I had a better experience checking in, I would’ve been more satisfied."
