"Room house keeping is every three days. We called the front desk multiple times for towel but non were provided. Room was cleaned after three days but they did not change bedsheets. Also, they charge for parking. "

"First, the staff were excellent. Every single staff member that I spoke with was so kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as well. The breakfast was very filling and nothing was ever empty. For the price, I’d have to say I’d give this place an A++! I can’t find a single thing I didn’t like about it. I will definitely be back."

"Wonderful location, amazing staff. Great pool area with bar for the adults and splash pad too for the kiddos. Only area lacking I felt was the food. Mainly the pizza we ordered was not cooked all the way, and the boneless wings were literally just chicken nuggets with some sauce drizzled on them. Other than that would definitely stay here again! Service was amazing too. "

"The photo on the website is a lie—the place doesn't look like that at all. This hotel needs to renovate its rooms and upgrade its toiletries, such as shampoo, soap, etc. These products are of very poor quality, and they only provide one set for all the room's occupants; so, if you are traveling with your spouse, be sure to bring your own bathing supplies. Furthermore, we were not given pool towels on the final night of our stay.The pool bars were not operating."
