"It is the perfect spot in the “middle” of 2 parks. Walking distance or a quick water taxi away to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios. The only downside is that you CAN NOT use your Magic Band as your room key at this time."

"Enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin Hotel. Walkable to Epcot. Our room was spacious, clean and property was very clean. We spent one day at the pools enjoying 6 hours of keeping cool. Pools are large with several waterfalls and a water slide. Poolside service for food and drinks was wonderful. Every staff member was very kind and helpful. My only complaint was bus service schedule to and from magic Kingdom, we spent the evening in magic kingdom til closing and there was no return bus available and felt a bit abandoned being just myself and my granddaughter. Ended up using a car service that was waiting around the lot which left me feeling a little uneasy. Otherwise the stay was perfect!"

"We stayed here for two nights during our Disney trip, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The lobby, common areas, and especially our room were spotless. The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of room for our family to relax after long days at the parks. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. Disney was only about 13 minutes away, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel also offers shuttle service to the parks, with pickups around 7:20 AM and 9:30 AM, which was a nice option for guests who prefer not to drive. The breakfast each morning was excellent and had something for everyone. Our kids especially loved the Mickey-shaped waffles, while the rest of the selection included bagels, bacon, eggs, sausage, muffins, and other breakfast favorites. It was a great way to start the day before heading out. Another highlight was the pool area. Guests have access to a shared pool with the neighboring hotel, featuring a large waterslide that our family really enjoyed. It was the perfect place to cool off and unwind after spending time at Disney. The surrounding area was also very convenient. There is a Target nearby for any last-minute necessities, plenty of restaurants and food options within a short drive, and even a 7-Eleven close by. Overall, this hotel provided everything we were looking for: a clean and comfortable room, great amen"

"The water park was great, my kids loved the wave rider and the staff was excellent with them. We had someone outside of our room all night sitting on top of the cabanas. He was staying in the room next to us but it was weird. Maybe security walking the halls would help at night. Check in and out was great and staff were accommodating."

"If you are going to Universal this is a great spot to be. We booked this hotel due to it being so close we could walk. But when checking in, they let us know there was a shuttle to take you to and from the parks. They also have car rental here. If i would have known I would've gotten it here instead of the airport. The pool was great. There was a big jacuzzi, kiddie pool, and a splash pad. Pool bar was closed so I had to go inside to the restaurant. There were lots of food options and I even ordered breakfast to be delivered to the room. My ONLY complaint I had was our bathroom was not great. Toilet made a loud noise when you flushed. Shower also started to fill up. I would stay here again"
