"I liked this place. We arrived early and although the room wasn't ready we we able to park the car and walk around town. Very friendly staff, the room was comfortable and c!ean, I would definitely stay here again"

"Breakfast was limited, but fresh and was good. I would encourage Expedia to change their room descriptions of this property, specifically for the handicapped accessible rooms. turns out there are 2 different types of handicapped accessible rooms. 1 for hearing impaired, and 1 for the physically handicapped such as a wheelchair accessible. The hearing accessible has a couch area and 2nd TV in an extended room for viewing from the couch. It also has a shower (not a bathtub, and NO shower chairs available, and NO hand rails bathroom or shower. The physically handicapped room (wheelchair accessible) DOES NOT HAVE a 2nd TV OR an extended room. It also has a bathtub NOT shower and has a built in shower chair AND hand rails in the bathroom & shower. The manager I spoke to said that he's been trying to get Expedia to change the room descriptions for their hotel, but still no changes. what this meant for my stay, was that my physically handicapped spouse COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER our entire stay. But the hotel DID offer to move me to another physically handicapped room, but it was just too much trouble to move once we were unpacked and there for a bit already. "

"Excellent breakfast! Our room had a door that opened to the pool area. Even with so many people in the pool area taking advantage of the beautiful weather, the noise levels were very low thanks to the good insulation landscaping that helped break up any noise that was there. The staff were nice and accommodating. Check-in and check-out was fast and simple. The room, from the beds, decor, rain shower, to the soaking tub were perfect! This will definitely be our choice of hotel going forward when visiting Leavenworth."

"Bad first: Cleanliness of room had a lot to be desired. Blood stain on the comforter, floors super dusty with dog hair that kept sticking to my socks, the bathroom mirror hasnt been cleaned, and the shower curtain liner they used was not a liner and was abaorbing bacteria and smelled rotten every time you turned the water on. The fridge was filthy and had food in there from the last person. A/C didnt work properly. Good: The property itself was quaint, the beds were supremely comfortable. The food at the restaurant was really good and they had very fast service and online ordering with pickup. I would give them another chance, hopefully the cleanliness will improve in the future. "

"Easy hotel for kids "

"Stayed with my 5 year old daughter and we LOVED it! They have a fun little scavenger hunt around the Inn for the little ones and tons of board games and puzzles to play with the kids. The hot tub was clean and the view is great. Located close to the Adventure Park. The room was clean quiet and cozy. Would highly recommend for families. "
