Had everything in the room but no coffee pot a little coffee in the room would of been nice . Everything was nice and good room service always fresh towels just let your housekeeping person know and they will take good care of you

The park area is great. Hotel rooms are ok. Ours was clean so no complaints there. Rooms are small, so it felt like we were on top of each other. Would have been nice to have extra soap. Also, no bath mat or hand towels, so had to use a big towel. We could hear every footstep in the room above us. The park made up for the so so room.

I didnt like how on the bunk beds under the mattresses had dirt and trash. Need to clean fully before more people stay. Bed were not comfortable at all. Water park and theme park was good. Definitely needs to update the hotels.
