"Everything was as expected and comparable to other chains. The gentleman checking us in was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and the property was quiet. Gym and pool looked nice (although we didn't use it)
I wasn't aware that there was a $10 per room charge for transaction costs and to maintain amenities. Most hotel chains don't charge additionally for that."
