"My husband was unwell and staff changed our accommodation for us as he couldn't manage stairs. Staff were unbelievably kind and patient with my husband who was experiencing difficulties. Every member of staff made sure we were comfortable. Our beautiful young receptionist Molly was smiling, efficient and reassuring. The Manager Gareth patient and extremely accommodating.
