"The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "

"Only stayed for 1 night on way through, a quiet location, lots of space to sit and relax, catered for young children as lovely garden area and a small play room. The bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed for my son was very hard and not so comfortable but fine for 1 night. Friendly staff"

"Good hotel and nice staff. Bar was closed very early and waiters could not give dessert at 21:30, but the dessert fridge was just standing next to our table. Heating was a bit noisy in the room. We will for sure recommend, really nice stay"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Romantik Hotel zur Glocke. Every detail in our suite felt above and beyond what we expected. The spacious, quiet room was beautifully decorated, and the comfortable furniture made it easy to relax. From the plush bedding to the high-quality toiletries and the perfectly placed lighting, every element felt chosen with care. My favourite spot was the cosy window nook that overlooked the street, a wonderful place to unwind and watch people pass by. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh options and eggs cooked just beautifully. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Trier, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was a truly special stay, and we would be so happy to return just to stay there again."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Trier. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the Mosel River, which made it easy to enjoy walks along the water and take in the beautiful surroundings. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety of options, making for a perfect start to the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trier."
