"Location, location, location! Great staff, good room on 4th floor with no one above us. Free parking at an off site lot; there is a shuttle. We love the historic status of the Basin. Free coffee in the lobby in the a.m. Could live without the added resort fee."

"Clean, neat, tidy, no-frills, comfy stay. Affordable. Nice toiletries. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Loved the little gift shop! Snag a cleverly written t-shirt while here. Don't miss live music & a craft beer @ The Gravel Bar. Love the outdoor firepit! Wonderful gathering place - Really nice touch.
Nice mattress. Nice linens. I prefer a fluffier pillow, but I slept comfortably. Minimal highway noise & I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely plan to revisit.

"Room was good for the price. As others have stated there are long term residents but all were respectful. We were on the back side and the view of the woods was very nice. The WIFI only seemed to work in the front by the office. They were helpful and apologized for the service not working and that they had called the internet provider. Was not a big deal for us but something to consider. "
