"Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. "It’s very disappointing that the hotel chooses to use hidden charges to trick its customers. Upon check out, and after having a prepaid booking, I was told I had to pay cleaning charges, which nearly doubled the cost of night. It’s an ugly and deliberate way to mislead customers."
