"The pre arrival information was great and the check in quick and easy. Staff were always helpful and courteous. The rooms were fair but we struggled to find plug points to charge phones etc. The bathroom was quite dark and the cold water tap dripped. Meals were served well and were more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was great."

"The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The only thing that was off was the toilet being separate from the showers and sink. So you would have to use the bathroom then come out into your room and wash your hands where the shower and sink was located. The staff were GREAT. Especially Gontse and Patricia. Always going the extra mile to help and make things convenient. Nice breakfast buffet with a variety to choose from. They even had chicken sausage for those who don’t eat pork. Megan, our guide for the game drives was excellent. She knew exactly where to go for us to see the animals. We saw all of the Big 5 except 1, which was the leopard. Overall, I love this place and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!"

"The resort is perfect and the villas, especially were ideal for our family. They are ultra luxurious and huge, overstocked with everything, huge rooms, ensuite bathrooms, everything that could ever have asked for. Close enough to the main resort and right at the gate to the park."

"Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping."
