"VERY BAD , I couldn’t even check in due to lack of communication. The hotel has a self service check in where you scan a qr code that doesn’t even work and I rang the phone number multiple times but with no answer . Also texted them on the hotels.com app and they responded 3 days later with the check in link . ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WOULDNT EVEN OFFER ME A REFUND AS THEY SAID MY STAY WAS COMPLETE AND I DIDNT EVEN SLEEP THERE OR CHECK IN ."

No reception as mentioned on the web site just people who were working at the property doing building repairs. Web site suggests onsite free parking, but only on street parking. Not a pleasant experience."
