"I receievd a text asking me to verify my id. But the link didnt work. After spending nearly 45min on hold i was told the link sent through hotels booking was not correct. Ofcourse this was a premium rate number. After trying to complain the line was cut off. Also the shower was cold "

"We had a fabulous 3 night stay in the Knight's Lodge rooms. I was visiting England with my 8 year old son from America and we needed a child friendly hotel centrally located. I loved how the rooms are located via a board walk in a wooded area. There is a playground, evening entertainment and a couple of restaurants. It's about 15 minute walk to the castle. We spent one whole day and a morning visiting the castle which was so much fun. We went on a day trip to visit relatives in the area and then flew out from Birmingham Airport which was about 30 minutes away. We had a lovely time!"

Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport - NEC by IHG

"I have become a recent convert to the Holiday Inn. The Birmingham Airport NEC is no exception. The hotel has well-equipped rooms with decent showers and good air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and there is no noise from the airport. There is plenty of parking, even arriving at 8pm. I was impressed with the lounge facilities that had a bar and TVs. The breakfast was good and the service exceptional (Nishu, Padma and colleagues)."
