"The breakfast was excellent, wide range of food, ordered an omelette that was delivered to our table hot and packed with ingredients. We were let down by the room, could hear passing cars, and faulty air conditioning and bath plug. Was in Birmingham for a convention in The Vox, so only had a 5 minute walk around the lake. Reception and Resturant Staff were friendly and welcoming. "
