Terrible. No water, no plugs by the bed, a shower door that sounds like it’s going to fall over and break. This is a never been renovated Sofitel. Do not Stay here. Staff were completely blank. Could not even get a basic necessity like water delivered. Waited an hour and had to walk to ...

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 by IHG
Restaurant / cafe style restsurant is pricey. Lovely hotel and location. Was easy getting from hotel to t3 using the £6.50 pp hopper bus that picks you up putside. This took the hassle and stress out of a trip to Heathrow.
