"The hotel was great, but breakfast needs to begin earlier for those of us who like to get an early start to the travel day. We drive a Tesla so we were happy that there were Tesla destination chargers at the hotel. We were fortunate to get one, though, as there were big non EV trucks parked in front of the EV spots. There were many other spots available, but I believe these gas guzzlers were trying to make their statement. Although I was not affected by this the next person who needed to charge would have been out of luck. We mentioned it to the front desk, and they said this has been an on going problem for years!!! I suggested an easy solution might be to put up a sign that said, all non electric vehicles parked here will be towed at owners expense!!! Pretty easy solution, I thought!!!"
"It was clean and staff super friendly. I booked last minute family emergency and I booked in my name but was still at hospital, they worked it so we could get the room. When got there I did what I needed and everytime I came back they always asked how my family was. Plus bonus had fridge so I could cook ."
"You have to unload your suit case in front of the hotel. Then park your car down the block in a parking garage. Then you have a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. Though a courtyard where the homeless hangout, even more fun in the winter months. If you’re lucky you can share an elevator in the garage with somwho lives in it at night! And they charge you for this!!! There are better places in Ogden save your money go somewhere else."
"It was a bit frustrating because the building is under renovations and it had a strong smell of paint. It was very overwhelming, its something they should state prior to booking. We slept with our windows open how we had headaches every night due to the smell."
"The pancake machine in the breakfast buffet would break every day. They had one person taking care of all the breakfast areas she was great but very overworked. The hotel had an overall “dirty” appearance and didn’t seem extremely clean."

"Upon arrival, we were informed that they were painting the outside, renovating, and the hot tub didn’t work. Also walking to our room, the carpet was torn up and tripping hazard not to mention the garbage piled up outside a room that sat for 2 days. No warning to any of it and we had booked weeks prior. Also the breakfast bar worked half the time."
