Hotel gut, neue Matratzen wäre besser.

Das Hotel ist okay, das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Unser Zimmer war groß und ruhig, aber die Einrichtung etwas in die Tage gekommen. Wir konnten trotz durchgelegener Matratzen gut schlafen. Wir hatten ein modernes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, das war sehr gut! Wir hatten uns auch anere Zimmer angeschaut, mit sehr altem Bad aus den 80ern. Empfehlung an den Besitzer: Bitte in neue Matratzen investieren.

Om ett besök hos farmors farmor med bevarade gamla saker är din grej är detta ett boende för dig. Väntade mig nästan att få se en skymt av farmors farmor på natten när jag väcktes av kyrkklockorna men icke. Annars ligger lägenheten på gågatan så nära till allt.

Feels more like a retirement home, understaffed

Hotel was clean, conveniently located in this small town. To us, the hotel seemed more like a care home for pensioners, with spartan public spaces and an impersonal feel. We felt the hotel was under-staffed. Nothing bad about the breakfast, just nothing very good.

Schade, das erstemal war so gut. Aber jetzt😤

Diesmal war ich gar nicht zufrieden. Der Schlüssel war nicht im Safe und sie hatten kein Zimmer für mich. Nach langem bekam ich das Notfallzimmer, keine Aussicht, ich fühlte mich wie im Keller. Unbequemes Bett. Zum Glück war noch jemand da. Sonst wäre ich um 21 Uhr vor geschlossener Tür gestanden.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ich hatte einen insgesamt sehr angenehmen in ruhigen Aufenthalt im Kurgarten Hotel. Aufgrund von der aktuellen Corona Situation war kaum etwas los, auch der Empfang war nicht besetzt. Dennoch hat der Check-Inn ohne Probleme funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und war ausreichend komfortabel.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit im Hotel zu essen, aber nette Empfehlungen für änder Restaurants.Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig aber dennoch ruhig. Die Zimmer und vor allem das Bad ist stark renovierungsbedürftig.Es machte leider alles einen stark abgenutzten Eindruck.

Service Top - Einrichtung flop

Die Servicekräfte machen einen super Job. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage jedoch benötigen dringend eine Renovierung, die Türen könnten aus Papier sein und so hört man trotz Lage am Ende des Ganges alles was sich auf den Fluren abspielt. Amenities gibt es keine. Der Service hat sich unglaublich viel Mühe gegeben und war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend.

Nice hotel in quiet town

The room we stayed in did not look much like the pictures, however, it was not bad. The room was overall clean. You are able to hear people in the hallway while inside the room, but it was not too much of a burden for us. There was no wifi in the room, only in the main lobby. Breakfast was fine and had a nice selection. Staff was helpful and some staff members spoke English very well, which was much appreciated. Also, there is a nearby rodelbahn if interested!

excelente opcion en la Selva Negra

Muy buen hotel en medio de la impresionante selva negra, ubicada en un pueblito muy tranquilo Wolfach. Es un hotel antiguo pero muy bien mantenido, limpio, excelente atencion del staff, muy buen desayuno, habitaciones grandes, comodas. Cuenta con ascensor.

2 ÜF im 3 Sterne Hotel - aber der aktuelle Standard für ein 3 Stern Hotel hätte ich mehr (besser) erwartet. 77 € / ÜF im DZ finde ich zu viel.

Da vi ankom til hotellet lå der blot en meddelelse samt nøglen til værelset intet personale. Værelset var ikke opvarmet. Vi vidste ikke om vi kunne spise der, det var nærmest en spisesal, ingen restaurant som der står på nettet. Gik ned i byen og spiste. Der var først morgenmad næste dag fra kl. 8. Vi kørete uden morgenmad. En meget dårlig oplevelse.
