"Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel met most of my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The only issue I encountered was with the shower amenities. There was no body wash available in the shower when I arrived. I notified a staff member and asked if it could be refilled, but instead of replacing it with body wash, it was filled with lotion. It wasn’t a major problem, but it was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that small mix-up, everything else during my stay was perfectly fine and I appreciated the overall service and comfort of the hotel."

"Horrible experience. I have never had an experience as bad as the one I had here. The staff seems like they hate their job. The manager — an older woman at the front desk — couldn’t have been more hostile. The breakfast selection is very poor quality, and they even shut off the lights while people were still eating. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one is by far the worst. The pool looks nice, but the cleaning standards are not up to par. Many areas looked dirty. The beds were comfortable, though. The surrounding area does not feel safe. You can clearly hear people yelling and making loud noises late at night. This was my first and definitely my last time staying at this hotel. If you want a good experience, even for just one night, I recommend going elsewhere. While we were staying there, there was even a murder at this location, which was terrifying."

"I was very disappointed with the room first the bath room didn't smell good it smell like pee on the floor and around the bath tub had mold i got two beds the first bed i notice the sheets weren't cleaned the sheet all the way to the bottom ones the room need to be air freshener .The only reason why i book this place it was near to the air force base .They need to improved on the toilet make sure its cleaned properly and check the linens. "

"I booked this hotel online for my grandson’s, Boot Camp, graduation, and For one thing online you have to be careful where you book because it’s not like the picture shows it I end up having to pay for another motel, I had my seven year old niece with me, and there was no way that I could stay there people standing out it just wasn’t great at all they really need to upgrade and be realistic when they’re advertising their property I supposed to have a kitchen microwave, but there was none of that the air conditioner wasn’t plugged up. They said they had a grill where you can grill it was a barrel where people were sitting around drinking.I’m sorry but it was sleezy in a sleezy area put it this way it wasn’t a days inn by Wyndham for sure "

"My companion and I have stayed at this hotel at least three other times while visiting family in San Antonio. It's clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near our family as well as restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I like the Candlewood Suites brand having stayed at the location in El Paso, Texas a few times as well. The amenities vary based on location and ownership. This location has an indoor pool, which I have not used; a fitness room (nice) and a laundry room (dryers aren’t great), as well as a room where you can purchase snacks, various sundries and a free coffee bar. However, unlike the El Paso location that offers a free continental breakfast, this location does not. They do have some breakfast items for sale, and fruit such oranges and apples, which they charge you for. We found it more cost-effective to purchase food items from a grocery store for our nearly weeklong visit. It’s disappointing though that they don’t offer continental breakfast since they get a lot of business from the military base in the area like Lackland Air Force base. Besides that, they seem to have an elevator in the center of the building that is frequently out of order. There is another one at the far end of the building that they recommend you use in addition to the stairs at both ends of the building, but it can be inconvenient depending on where your room is located. They have a security guard on duty at night, which offers some sense of security. Overall, it’s a nice hotel."
