"The property was clean, comfortable and convenient for visiting Energyland. Communications with property owners was excellent. Early check in was appreciated. The only problem was the coffee pot handle broke, causing a mess and breaking the pot. Free parking was provided. Proximity to restaurants and grocery stores were convenient. The property was listed as one bedroom. Actually it is a studio. "

"Fantastic place to stay for energylandia. Walkable distance to supermarket and park. Great selection at breakfast. Super helpful road train to and from the park. Reception staff very helpful at check in. Also booked us a taxi as had trouble with uber. Tipi was great dont let the weather put you off as had heating. Plus crates to lock your stuff in. Overall would highly recommended."

"Our apartment was spacious, well equipped and well located in Krakow old town. Furnishings practical, rather than stylish. Good value for the price. Our apartment was a short walk from the office. We arrived around 02:00 and the hotel transfer taxi collected us from the hotel direct to the apartment. He gave us the key and welcome information. Very good service "

It was the perfect location, so close and walkable to so many sights, shops, restaurants and super easy to catch a tram from there to head to other parts of the city. "Fantastic attentive service. They recognised my wives 40th birthday with a complementary bottle of prosecco which was a welcome touch. The hotel bar is excellent and we had many a great cocktail from the bar staff. My only complaint. Less chlorine in the pool! Otherwise an exceptional hotel."
