"Outstanding, luxurious hotel a few kms away from Mount Bromo. We booked 2 deluxe attic rooms. Rooms were sumptuous, each with 3 beds and a shared living area. Views, when the clouds didn’t drop, were breathtaking. Food was excellent - the best we had in Java. Staff were incredibly helpful. Hotel can arrange trips to see Bromo but do book this in advance. If you want to see Bromo in luxury this is the place for you. "

"3.5 stars hotel with 5 stars services
Had a great stay here for 3 days and 2 nights, as this is managed by Accor so we have been expecting this, love the semi-indoor swimming pool and the water is warm, love it! The breakfast ambiance is good, they are also eco-green so there will be an aqua water tank in every corridor level, on 2nd night I'm having an unpleasant incident on the lift, however, they immediately took follow-up action and asked how I feel, even they treat me beyond expectations....
