"Location was perfect for us~walked across the street for all that Union Station offers. Easy check in. Enjoyed breakfast & evening meals. Parking garage was easy to navigate. Beds & shower were comfortable. We were close to the elevator-kind of noisy."
"An older but highly maintained and high quality property. Very clean. Staff was exceptional to a person, friendly and responsive. Front desk attendant, Ollie was a jewel, she was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable, shower was great. They have both a complimentary dinner and a complimentary breakfast. Both were really great and exceeded expectations. The dinner even included an open bar for up to 3 alcoholic beverages gratis. There is a 24/7 coffee bar also. The location was just around the corner from the gateway Arch national park and within very close walk to the Cardinals baseball park. We were not out late after dark but did feel very comfortable walking in the downtown neighborhood near the property. The property and the parking garage are very secure with controlled access. The garage is quite tight, even a little Honda CRV has some difficulty with the tight spaces, a big F-150 would have a very difficult time negotiating the garage space. There is a $32 parking fee, with full in and out privileges; this is pretty much baseline for downtown parking. We happened to arrive on a baseball game evening, this caused the one night stay cost to be significantly above the usual cost."
"Three out of 4 elevators were down on one side with no notice. After waiting for awhile, 20 or more minutes we decided to walk 16 flights of stairs with luggage, so we could get the our event on time. When brought up, we were just told yeah we’re working on it, no sorry or anything. Consider putting up signs so people know. "

"The bistro bar had short hours and the prices were high with really small servings. No options for lunch as they were not open. They only have every other day cleaning service, requested an additional day and they didn’t show. Stopped at front desk and requested they come s I needed toilet paper no one showed. Came back after dinner still no service called 2x and requested it again as I wanted to go to bed."
