"The resort is great. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star rating is because the tv was out of service for 2 days and despite several calls there was no resolution or compensation for the inconvenience."

"No soap in bathroom, room had a strange old smell, room was dusty, ice machine didnt work, refrigerator door wouldnt close, room key card wasnt working at times. Pool area was extremely hot. I was also double charged for balance of room and for the security deposit. Front desk attendant said it was a glitch and it would be refunded at check out. Entry to hotel from self parking garage smelled horrible on level 1 and 2. Staff was nice"
