"We spent one night here for a wedding anniversary celebration and very much enjoyed it. The building has plenty of character and pleasant grounds and our room, in the main building, was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a good choice of cold and hot options cooked to order. The reception staff were welcoming and also very helpful in assisting our children to set up a surprise present for us."

"Hotel was very central for restaurants, pubs and shops in Woodbridge. Ten minute drive to Sutton Hoo and 30 min drive to RSPB Minsmere. Our room (3) was very spacious and nicely designed with a kingsize double bed. All staff were very welcoming and breakfast was excellent. "

"Digital door keys worked perfectly and you didn't have to put one in some silly holder before switching the lights on. My only improvement suggestion would be to invest in a second coffee machine. Queuing for coffee every morning is no fun."

"We stayed in the Broadside room. It was excellent, very spacious with a large comfortable bed. Very clean with some lovely decor which made it feel very warm and comfortable. Bathroom is a good size with a bath and a good overhead shower. The breakfast on both mornings was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The pub is lovely with great food and beers. We have already booked to return later in the year."
