Staff were very nice and I could tell they were working with a deck that was stacked against them. This review is NOT about them, it's about the corporate decisions and structure of this hotel.
Pool heater didn't work well and the pool was frigid. The outside grills didn't get hot enough and ruined some salmon that we bought to cook out there. The beds were really uncomfortable and the pillow's sucked. The breakfast was terrible, (basically gas station biscuits with some other things like cereal and yogurt). Housekeeping didn't show up when we were told they would. There was no entrance near the 2 story parking deck. AC unit rattled excessively. Really just a very uncomfortable and sub-par experience overall. I'm very dissatisfied with my stay there. And they have a "Your stay is on us" guarantee that I expect them to wiggle out of. Do not stay at this chain of hotels.
