"BEWARE! We booked our room 2 weeks ahead of time through Expedia and put we would be traveling with a small pet. When we arrived for check-in they charged us $120 extra for 4 nights. We had no choice but to pay the extra charges because the room was non-refundable at that point. Most of the rooms appeared to be rented to questionable characters that looked to be living there long term. I counted at least five cats roaming the property which had a strong smell of cat urine. The shower is as approximately 3x3 and had mildew on the tiles. No room service. We had to take our towels to the office to exchange for more each day. The supposedly queen bed was barely a full size with a foam topper that was even smaller. The lady was nice enough but the place was in terrible shape and after being charged for more than half of the original price we definitely could’ve found a much nicer and more comfortable room to stay in. Will not be returning again, which makes me sad because we had stayed there several times over the past several years."
"Great breakfast, air conditioner was turned on before our arrival, so the room was nice and cool. Believe me that is a big, big plus. I wish all hotels would do this. The front counter staff was awesome and got us hooked up with everything that we needed."
"I booked our room for 2 days and they said no it just 1 day and charged me 15.00 more than the booked price. And then charge me 10.00 .ore than the 1st night. Most dishonest hotel I've ever delt with. I'll never stay there again.
BE AWARE"
"Unable to get in after 9p door code sent didn’t work husband called the number door code they were giving didn’t work fortunately people with us had a different code which did work we tried getting in for 30minutes and no front desk staff or staff in the building at all after 9p!! Freaking crazy!!! So only virtual help available and they were worthless"
"Though it's not the Hilton it is a very clean and practical motel. Drive right up to your room. Makes for easy unloading of your luggage. No long walks from the parking lot down a corridor to your room. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Great place to stay if you're going to the Knoxville Speedway. Just a short 30 minute drive. Refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, soap and shampoo. I highly recommend and we'll stay there again."
