"Restaurant staff was excellent. Front desk may need some more courteous and friendly people. I’ll share my experience. My key was not working. I was locked outside the room as front desk for replacement he asked for ID I said sir I’m locked outside. Everything is inside. He stated can I get your address? I gave him my address he said I’m getting a foreign address. I said, sir, you may not be hitting the right key. Could you recheck my verification. He rolled his eyes and he said here is the key."
