Booked hotel thru expedia by mistake (wrong location) while travelling from Florida to Canada NB. Could not reach expedia after hrs. Girl (i think Laura) at front desk of hotel put note to not charge but said expedia to refund. Called expedia again next day and hung up on me... will call again when i get home. Not good customer service!!

Stopped for one night. Right off the beltway, easy to find. The staff was great, even set my sorority sisters and I up in a conference room so we could do a Zoom meeting. Great experience, would highly recommend!

This HoldayInnExpress is outstanding. Very close to friends home we visited on our trip. Friendly competent staff, very clean, great variety at free beakfast, easy checkin and checkout during Christmas trip.

Definitely seems like an older hotel transformed into a holiday inn express-combo of new stuff and old. Love the Dove products and the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area super clean and stocked. The biscuits and cinnamon rolls are to die for!

When I'm traveling and need a place to stay over, this is just the kind of place I'm looking for...no frills, just clean, nice staff and they had a nice selection of breakfast items if you want to take advantage of that.

I was at first disappointed upon arrival but was treated excellently by the young staff member Betty! She understood people traveling on the highway after a long day or tired and usually irritable and she was very helpful just the same! She also extended the courtesy of places to dine and enjoy ourselves. I'll go back simply because of the staff alone..

We received a call several days before our reservation, asking if we realized the room we booked had only a bed and a chair? They noticed we mentioned two children in our reservation and would we like a room with one bed and a hide-a-bed sofa? Amazing! I had booked online and inadvertently clicked on the wrong room. The staff was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful, a real rarity these days.

Renaissance faire visit!
I was staying in the area for the Virginia Renaissance faire with my employee and my daughter. This was a great experience. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the staff responsive. I’d definitely stay here again.
