"I stayed at the Kings Arms on business, but my partner brought our dogs to look around Boston. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Boston. Really lovely host and fabulous with the dogs. Place was spotless, and great breakfast in the morning including a vegetarian version for my Muslim partner. Very relaxed and more like home from home, which is our kind of accommodation."

"It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home. "I booked this room for my three sons (all in their 20's) for a University of Lincoln Graduation. The room was very clean and comfortable and what I expected for the very reasonable price that was charged which also included breakfast. The bed linen and towels were nice and fresh. The shower room was shared between several rooms but was always available when my sons went to use it. The owner is very friendly and helpful and allowed me to pay on checkout which is rare nowadays. "

"Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Great stay - highly recommend
"For our 1st trip to Lincoln the Duke William Hotel was perfect for location - we struggled with parking but in the end we got one, probably due to it being lunchtime on Fathers Day & a live concert in town. We had early check-in & only had to wait for 10/15 minutes whereby we were provided with a coffee. Room was great, very clean & comfortable, perfect for a night, fab bathroom space. We had a drink in the bar & my partner said that the homemade Martini Espresso was very nice & shes very fussy about her cocktails! Breakfast was included & cooked very well & tasty - overall a great stay at the Duke William & would happily stay there again or recommend it to anybody else."
