"The room was ok. Couldn’t get the cleaning ladies to actually clean. There was a language barrier but the wouldn’t even get the dirty towels or trash. One elevator was broke down the entire stay. Overall this place needs to be cleaned and renovated. Even the lid to to toilet tank was not the correct one. "

"One of our rooms wasn’t ready until an hour after check in time. The advertised pool was still being dug. The advertised breakfast wasn’t free. The lounge and snacks advertised to go with our package wasn’t free as we were told. "

"No breakfast no shower soaps and 1 coffee pot in lobby and cant make coffee at night. You will get repremanded for it. You will be watched on the cameras constant and be asked numerous times if you have a room and what room when coming back from places. Didnt realize until returning late one night a cockroach hanging out on the bed. I moved the night stand fou d more living and dead. Owners could care less. Its a health hazard and disgusting. Can tell they have been there for a while. One worker said just spray n keep going"

"Loved the hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants. Their restaurant is very good!! Maybe a bit pricy - but great food!! Great pool!! "

"This is an older property for sure. The first night the room we had 213 had 2ft x 2 ft hole in the wall for plumbing, so we moved to 215. By the 2nd day we noticed the air wasn't consistent in cooling our room, so we moved a 2nd time to a room where the air conditioner worked. They did accommodate us in that part."

"I checked out after 3 hrs of being there. I called to check the pool and make sure it would be swim ready for my children. They didn't have the heater on and it had been c for my sons birthday. old outside for those three day. The pool was too cold to swim in. My daughter turnt purple after being in the water for about 10 min. and son turned purple and they both had to get out. The hot tub was frothing with chlorine bubbles. So we got out of that too. The shower didn't have handle covers just plastic hardware leaking out and under the mini fridge there was part of the bottom cabinet tore up and water damage in the cabinet. The staff did the absolute least they could do. When I asked about the heater I was told, I don't even know if there is a heater in there. I don't know where the controls would be. The second one told me even if they have a heater they don't have a heated pool. I said if the heater was for three days the water would have adjusted. Then and only then did she go find the heater. I do not recommend this hotel. "
