"A pleasant surprise on our journey east. Found this treasure on a whim. Looking for a non-chain, hometown restaurant to get some dinner while on the road. Ended up making this spot our hotel for the night, too! Food was tasty. Service was friendly. Rooms were very charming. Prepare yourself for the loud engines racing by on a Sunday morning though. The hotel has no control over this, but the locals could learn to do better."

"The rooms were clean.... because they appeared to newly renovated, no phone in the room no amenities information booklets The day staff barely spoke English he communicated with shurgs and I don't know the day shift staff pretended you weren't in the room spent more time looking at his laptop cameras Ice machine non functional Washer and Dryer non functional Vending Machines non functional Stayed 3 days not offered new linens or towels Breakfast was a joke they offered coffee, waffle batter, two types of cereal whole milk, 2% milk Didn't have fruit or juices Didn't have bread for toast but had a toaster We had two rooms Paid $60 per day for our 2 dogs × 3 days Very disappointed with the lack of amenities and staff!!!!!!"
