"If we were staying in season it might have been a different experience (all outdoor amenities were not yet open), but it is a beautiful hotel and a great stay. "

"Hotel lobby and hallways were nice. Our room was large but needed some work. The security lock wouldn’t engage. Looked like the door needed lifted. There was a lot of light that came through the crack around the whole door. The bathtub faucets dripped. We notified the front desk and she said the parts are on order. There was paint drips all over the bathroom. The top part of the bathtub wall was painted white and the bathtub was dingy yellow. The towel rack was coming off the wall. The beds were comfortable. The beds did not have a mattress cover nor was it encased for bed bugs. Just a thin fitted sheet on the mattress. There was grime and paint on the back door walkway. The upstairs ice machine didn’t work. Location was great and we felt safe. Staff was friendly. WiFi was great. The pictures on hotels.com did not match the room we got. For the most part it was clean and safe and we’d probably stay there again. "

"Second time we have stayed here. Is always clean and updated. Staff was very caring. We were there for a funeral and showed compassion and caring. Breakfast was good."

"Water pressure in the shower was horrible! The mattress on the pull out couch was filthy! Looked like a big puddle of something but it was fishusting!"
