The bathroom looked like was not clean ever. Found small roach in the sheets. Used towel hanging up. Room itself was not clean at all. Hai everywhere. Stay somewhere else . Not sure how it has been rated for being clean.

Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel
The hotel was clean and looked amazing. Apart from the first employee we talked to, he was great, the others were awful. Waited ages for a drink until another employee walked by. No “how was your stay” or “thanks for staying” or nothing when we checked out. Just a rude “printed receipt or email.” ...
