"Tasmania is beautiful and this property highlights lovely views of the paddock, vineyard, orchard, and bay! We only stayed one night but were able to enjoy the walking track to see many of the animals (including Pickle and Warren), catch a rainbow after a light rain, and watch the sunset! We had reserved a "pod" room, but were actually upgraded to a pavilion room, which was near the paddock. I liked the skylight feature and wood walls. The coffee amenities were a nice touch, as well as the bottled water (especially after our walk).
Our room was clean and we slept well, very quiet. We left early in the morning for the airport -- and we saw a wallaby hopping along the path! (Yes, be careful and drive slowly.)"
"We had a lovely overnight stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and homely.thee was a nice common area for relaxing and a common area kitchenette for tea, coffee and breakfast use. We stayed on a Sunday night so the hotel wasn’t open for breakfast or dinner, but that was okay for our stay. We would stay here again."
"There was enough room for a couple of comfortable chairs or a couch that would have helped me now that I am in my mid sixties. Also the upgraded shower shouldn't need to be as steep in the floor level as it is."
"We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Unit is up a long narrow set of stairs. Door opens directly from the car park.
There is a view in the distance but you need to look over the car park and over flow carpark plus some houses. The view of a he church tower and farm hills.
The bar is directly below so great for dinner options.
The unit has sloping roof so beware it’s tight getting around the bed.
Unit had toaster and kettle no microwave. Plenty of cutlery plates and cups. It’s set for 4 but this would be very tight. Lounge is a snug 2 so the rest are on dining chairs.
As a one night stay got option if you’re not dragging a large suitcase up the stairs."
"Very cute cottage to stay in and not far out of town. Only thing that we didn’t love was the single bed next to the stairs both of our kids were too scared to sleep in it."
