"Absolutely horrid experience and disgusting property from a cleanliness standpoint. Oh, and good luck calling the number for their *free* hotel shuttle service. We called for 20 minutes and no one picked up. Had to pay to Uber to the property. My daughter and I were visiting for the weekend and to save a few dollars, we booked this hotel at the airport. We didn't arrive until almost midnight on Friday, May 8th, and the front desk associate was downright unpleasant, unkind, and borderline mean. The carpeting throughout the property is disgusting and looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in months. Stains all over. Filthy corners. Trashcans in the breakfast area were overflowing with food and trash, falling on the floor. No coffee for breakfast. No working water cooler. No conditioner in thr bathrooms. Without being hyperbolic, the absolute worst hotel in which I've stayed. I absolutely will not recommend. "

"Staff was nice, Had everything we needed but I’ve never been in such a dusty room. HVAC definitely needs a maintenance/upgrade. I dusted room daily myself but within minutes dust was settling again from the dirty HVAC unit. They are under some renovations so I’m sure there will be plenty of upgrades sometime soon. "

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing overall due to the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. When we arrived, the bedding appeared unclean and had visible makeup stains on the sheets and covers. The hallways and hotel floors were also very dirty — we even found ketchup left on the floor near the water fountain, which stayed there long enough for us to notice and take photos. The bathroom itself seemed okay, but the general condition of the hotel did not feel properly maintained. The next morning at breakfast, several things were not working properly. The coffee dispenser was broken, the water fountain was not functioning, and some of the apples being served were visibly rotten. Overall, the experience felt neglected and unhygienic, especially considering we paid to stay there. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing."

"Our room was very nice the staff was amazing and helped us check in early. The pool was ok the railing going in the pool was very loose and a light inside of the pool was popped out and just floating at the top of the pool at one point. Overall though everything was pretty good."

"Only disappointments we had were that we asked for a room with a view and the room that we got was blocked by a huge tree. And another issue was there was no bottled water to purchase. The vending machines and mini mart were all empty ."
