"Nice hotel, friendly staff and breakfast appeared to be good (we didn’t eat). The only disappointments were no coffeemaker in the room. We were directed to the lobby for coffee served round the clock. Our beds/bedding were very comfortable to sleep on, but were excessively high to get into. I’m 5’7” with long legs and I almost needed a ladder to sit down on the bed. My husband had the same issues. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. "
"I went to check in at first she couldn't find my name and she ask for my conformation so I showed it to her and she said my reservation was canceled but it wasn't on my end. My reservation was for $186 but she had to redo my reservation it took her a second to figure it out she could definitely use more training on the computer and her customer service which was terrible after she finally got my reservation figured she told me it was $253 dollars for 1 night and I told no ma'am I would not pay that it was cheaper but somehow got canceled. I told her I will just go somewhere else then she got smart and have a nice so I told you have one and she got smart again and her coworker told her you don't do that and told once again to stop. Need to teach young people how to conduct themselves if you don't know how to deal with customers in a proper way you need better training. Definitely will not make another reservation here again."

"Once we opened the door to our room one of the doors to a cabinet on the wall was hanging open and broken. There was something growing on the outside of the window that resembled mold, so you weren't able to see out of the window. Other than those issues the room was clean and there was no other problems."

"Upon check-in, staff was helpful but that’s pretty much the only time we saw someone at the front desk. Other than that, good site, good pool, etc. Would stay again."
"I was going to have my dog stay with me. The concern was him barking when I left. I took him to my room and put him in his cage. I walked out of my room and he barked. So I decided to board him. They charged me 35.00 to stay. He might have been in my room for 40 minutes. They wouldn’t refund it because it would need to be cleaned. I spent 2 nights. When I got there after my fist night. The coffee pot still had the left over coffee from that morning. The sink in the kitchen would not get hot."
